摘要
于1995年5~6月份在实验室内人工控制培育水温,研究了不同水温条件下,牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus T.& S.)在变态期的生长、发育和存活特性。将变态 期划分为3个亚期共5个阶段,并依据实验结果得出:牙鲆变态期的生长规律呈加 速→减速→再加速的变化过程;适宜的高温可以促进其生长并缩短变态时间,但其 对变态的刺激强度要大于对生长的促进作用;水温升高将会导致死亡率的加大,特 别是>24℃的培育水温在实际生产中是不可取的。
In May-Jane, 1995, the larvae of Paralichthys olivaceus T. & S. were reared at four temperatures of 22.0℃, 24.0℃, 26.0℃ and 20. 4℃ (control) to examine the growth, development and survival rate in metamorphosis period. Metamorphosis period is divided into 3 sub-periods, 5 singes totally. The results showed that the: larvae experienced accelerated→decelerated→ accelerated growth process in metamorphosis period; higher temperature could accelerate larvae growth and shorten metamorphosis period, but the development and metamorphosis rather than growth were stimulated; temperature higher than 24. 0℃ is not feasible in fry production for the higher mortality rate.
