摘要
目的观察邻苯二甲醛消毒内窥镜的消毒效果。方法应用邻苯二甲醛(OPA)将使用后的内窥镜进行浸泡消毒,并对消毒前后的内窥镜进行采样检测。结果经OPA消毒的内窥镜检测没有细菌生长,达到消毒灭菌的效果。结论 OPA是一种使用安全、快速、高效消毒剂,可缩短内窥镜消毒时间,减少环境的污染。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of ortho-phthalaldehyde on endoscope. Methods The endoscope used was soaked and disinfected by disinfectant ortho-phthalaldehyde, and then the bacteria from all samples were cultured. Result No bacteria were grown on specimens from the endoscope disinfected by ortho-phthalaldehyde. Conclusion Orthophthalaldehyde is an effective, new and rapid disinfectant.
