喉癌术后病人健康教育需求的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨喉癌术后病人的健康教育需求。方法应用自行设计调查表,对住院治疗的68例喉癌病人进行健康教育需求情况及教育方式的调查。结果进食技巧、气管套管及造瘘口的自我护理知识、日常生活和活动注意事项的需求达100%;有效咳嗽技巧、交流技术、发音练习和吸氧、吸痰、排痰知识的需求为90%以上。在健康教育方式的选择上,100%的病人选择一对一个别指导及相关护理操作示范;95.59%选择我们发放的健康小册子;88.24%选择专题讲座和宣传栏。结论喉癌术后病人的健康教育应根据病人的基本情况及教育需求,采取多种教育方式,进行个体化、专业化和系统化的健康教育。 Objective To study health education demends of patients of laryngocarcinoma postoperation and to give the guide of heath. Methods Questionnaire designed by ourselves were used to investigate the health education demends and education modes of 68 patients of laryngocarcinoma postoperation who were in hospital. Results Demends of eating skill, selves nursing knowledge of tracheal carmula and stoma and announcements of daily life and activity were 100%. Skill of effective cough, communication and pronunciation and knowledge of inhaling oxygen, discharging sputum were up to 90%, As to the health education modes, 100% patients chosed one to one mode to accept the instruction and knowledge of nursing procedure, 95.59% chosed the health care booklet, 88.24% chosed lecture and poster. Conclusion Health education demends of patients of laryngocarcinoma postoperation should be diversity, individualized, specialized and systematized health education were used according to the patients' information and education denmends.
