摘要
目的观察前列腺素E1联合复方甘草甜素治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效。方法将慢性乙型肝炎106例随机分为2组,54例给予前列腺素E140μg复方甘草甜素40ml分别加入葡萄糖中静滴,52例给予甘利欣40ml,门冬氨酸钾镁30ml分别加入葡萄中静滴,均每日1次,4w1疗程。结果两组疗效比较,治疗组总有效率(96.3%),优于对照组(48.1%)(P<0.01)。结论前列腺素E1联合复方甘草甜素治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著。
Objective Study on prostaglandin E1 combined with compound glycyhnizin in treating Chronic hepatitis B. Methods Divide 106 cases of chronic hepatitis B into two groups randomly, 54 cases were given infusion by prostaglandin E1 40μg and compound glycyhnizin 40 ml in glucose, 52 cases were given infusion by Ganlixin 40 ml and Potassium Magnesium Aspartate 30 ml in glucose. Two groups were once a day, 4 w a course. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （96. 3% ） is superior to control group （48. 1% ） . Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 combined with compound glycyhnizin in treating Chronic hepatitis B has a good curative effects.
