摘要
目的探讨自拟疏肝消脂汤挥发油的提取工艺。方法以加水倍数(A)、浸泡时间(B)、蒸馏时间(C)三因素,挥发油的收得量为指标,按L9(34)正交试验法安排实验。结果C因素影响显著(P<0.05),A、B因素影响较少(P>0.05)。结论自拟疏肝消脂汤挥发油较佳的提取工艺为加8倍量水,浸泡时间3h,蒸馏时间8h。
Objective To determine the extraction process of volatile oil form Drafted Shu gan xiao zhi Soup. Methods The vapor distillation condition of the volatile oil was optimized by orthogonal design, using the volume of the volatile oil as target and the factors of the orthogonal design, which were the quantity of water （A）, marinating time （ B）, and extract time （C）. Results and Conclusion The optimized extract process was the medicinal materials being dipped in 8 times water for 3 h and distilled 8 h by vapor.
