瑞芬太尼在无痛人工流产术中的增效作用

摘要 目的观察瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚合用的疗效。方法将100例患者随机分成两组,瑞芬太尼+丙泊酚组(A组)和丙泊酚组(B组),每组50例。观察SBP,HR,SpO2,VAS,术后睁眼时间评分和Ramsay镇静评分。结果术后两组患者对镇痛效果均表示满意,A组SBP和HR在给药前、术中和术后无显著性差异(P>0.05),B组术中SBP和HR较给药前显著降低(P<0.01)。两组SpO2在给药前、术中和术后无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组在VAS及术后睁眼时间评分比较上有显著性差异(P<0.01);Ramsay镇静评分两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚复合用药效果更佳,复合使用可显著减少丙泊酚用量。 Objective To study the effects of remifentanil and propofol on Operation of Painless Induced Abortion. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, group A with remifentanil plus propofol and group B with propofol. They were 50 patients respectively. Some index such as SBP, HR, SpO2, VAS, score of opening eye after operation, and calm score of Ramsay were observed. Results All parturients got pain relief in each group. SBP and HR weren't different before administration, during operation and after operation in group A, but they were different in group B. SpO2 weren't different before administration, during operation and after operation in each group. VAS and score of opening eye after operation weren't different in two groups, but calm score of Ramsay was different. Conclusion Administration with remifentanil plus propofol is better than with only propofol, and it can decrease significantly dosage of propofol.
