摘要
随着城市轨道交通的迅速发展,前期工作对城市轨道交通项目发展的影响越来越重要。根据城市轨道交通项目的特点和国家的政策要求,论述了城市轨道交通项目开展前期工作所遵循的一般程序要求,需要研究的内容、工作思路和工作流程,以反映近年来国家城市轨道交通项目开展前期工作的基本趋势和发展方向,为准备启动城市轨道交通项目的城市提供工作参考,从而促进国家城市轨道交通项目前期工作有序开展。
The impacts of pre-project tasks and the operative procedures for conducting urban rail transit projects become more and more significant as the development of urban rail transit systems in metropolises in China gains a higher pace. According to the characteristics and the national policies, this paper discusses the general programmatic requirements, topics that need to be studied, and the operative guidelines and procedures for implementing pre-project tasks of an urban rail transit project, so as to shed some lights on the trends and directions of urban rail transit development in China, and to set a starting point for cities who are preparing to build their own urban rail transit systems.
