摘要
本文阐述了图书馆界对《信息网络传播权保护条例（草案）》中与图书馆有关条款的态度，并对围绕相关条款出现的一些观点进行了分析与商榷。
This paper expatiates the attitudes the field of library holds towards certain articles of the Protective Regulations of the Spread of Information on Internet. It also analyzes and discusses some viewpoints put forward by the Regulations.
