摘要 食品加工类企业冷加工、冷藏设施宏观节约的关键点在确定经营意图并据此完成工程设计的阶段,重要保障是合理的工程项目运作模式。找到固定资产投资和运行费用的均衡点是在确定经营意图并据此完成工程设计阶段的主要工作目标之一。 The key problem of macroscopic economical optimization of coldprocessing and cold storage establishments in food processing enterprises, occurs during the stage of making a clearly defined decision on the intention of the enterprise, and laying out an engineering planning based the intention, which should, meanwhile, be warranted by adopting the correct working mode in carrying out the project, At this stage, strong emphasis has to be laid upon finding out the correct balance point between the fixedasset investment and the operation expenses.
