摘要
对于模糊环境下的评估,存在固有的不确定性和不精确性信息比较的情况。在AHP的框架下,提供了指标权重和偏好值语言信息并用三角模糊数来描述,构造语言决策矩阵并进行模糊化。根据理想近似方法,通过计算到正理想解和负理想解的距离求出每个方案的贴近系数,得出候选者的评估顺序,并举例说明了应用这个方法的计算过程。
There is inherent uncertainty and imprecision of the pairwise comparison process under fuzzy evaluation environment. Firstly, in the analytic hierarchy process the linguistic information on index weights and performance values are provided and presented as triangular fuzzy number. Secondly, the linguistic decision-making matrices are constructed and fuzzified. Then, TOPSIS is used to calculate a closeness coefficient of each alternative by calculating the distance to both the fuzzy positive-ideal solution and fuzzy negative-ideal solution and the ranking order of all alternatives is obtained. Finally, an example is shown to illustrate the application of this approach.
