摘要
以己二胺和碳酸二甲酯为原料,经甲醇钠催化,合成己二氨基甲酸甲酯(HDU)。对HDU的结构进行了表征,并获得较优的工艺条件。n(碳酸二甲酯)∶n(己二胺)=6∶1、反应时间2 h和反应温度65℃条件下,HDU收率达58%以上。
1,6-hexamethylenedicarbamate (HDU) was synthesized in the presence of sodium methylate using 1,6-hexamethylenediamine and dimethyl carbonate as the feed material. The structure of HDU was characterized. The optimal condition was obtained as follows: n (dimethyl carbonate): n (1,6-hexamethylenediamine) = 6:1, reaction time = 2 h, reaction temperature = 65℃. HDU yield of over 58 % was attained under the optimal condition.
