摘要
采用三种不同的聚丙烯纤维(普通聚丙烯纤维,改性处理聚丙烯纤维,Y形聚丙烯纤维)增强水泥砂浆,研究了在纤维低掺量情况下,不同形式的纤维对普通水泥砂浆的抗压、抗折和抗裂性能的影响,并分析了纤维在阻裂增强方面的作用机理。实验证明,在同水灰比条件下,普通水泥砂浆中加入一定量的Y形纤维比加入普通纤维的增强效果好。
Three different polypropylene fibers (ordinary polypropylene fiber, modified polypropylene fiber, Y-shape polypropylene fiber ) were used to reinforce cement mortar. Study was made of effects of different fibers on compressive strength, flexural strength and cracking strength of ordinary cement mortar under condition of low addition of fibers. Interactive mechanism of fibers for crack resistance and reinforcement was analyzed. Tests proved that at the same watercement ratio, reinforcing effects of ordinary cement mortar with a certain addition of Y-shape fibers were more than those of ordinary fibers.
