摘要
随着通信业务种类和容量的急剧增加以及光纤光缆逐步进入办公室和家庭,要求人们增加光缆中的光纤数量和提高光缆的光纤密度,于是大芯数光纤带叠带式光缆应远而生.本文介绍了光纤带技术、叠带式光缆的结构及接续技术,最后概述了大芯数叠带式光缆的发展动向.
As the kinds and traffic capacity of the communication services sharply increase and fiber-to-office (FTTO) & fiber-to -home (FTTH) are gradully implemented, the fiber count and density in fiber optic cables are required to be increased. In this case, high -fiber -count ribbon optical cable has been developed in many countries. In this paper, the optical fiber ribbon technology, the optical fiber ribbon cable structure and the splicing technique are described. The development trends of the high-fiber-ribbon optical cable is finally given.
