摘要
目的:对不同产地黄芩的糖类成分、浸出物等进行含量测定,为科学制定黄芩药材的质量标准提供依据。方法:采用蒽酮比色法测定黄芩糖类成分的含量;采用《中国药典》方法对黄芩的浸出物、灰分进行含量测定。结果:测得黄芩药材中总糖为(16.30±0.27)%^(55.14±2.41)%,水溶性浸出物为(32.42±0.60)%^(58.14±2.28)%,醇溶性浸出物为(40.54±0.59)%^(59.72±0.33)%,总灰分为(3.83±0.02)%^(9.12±0.12)%。结论:黄芩多糖、浸出物含量可作为控制黄芩药材质量的重要指标之一。
Objective: To provide scientific data for establishing the quality standards of radix scutellariae by measuring the contents of carbohydate components and extract of radix scutellariae from different areas. Methods: Anthrone colorimety method was used to determine the contents of carbohydate components. According to the pharmacopoeia of the Peoples, Republic of China, the extract contents and ash of radix scutellariae were measured. Results:The following measurements were determined: the contents of total carbohydate of radix scuutellariae was (16.30± 0.27)% - (55.14± 2.41 ) % ;the extract of water-soluble substance was (32.42± 0.60) % - (58.14± 2.28) % ;the extract of alcohol-soluble substance was (40.54 ±0.59) % - (59.72± 0.33) % ; the total ash substance was (2.10 ± 0.09 ) % - ( 10.67 ± 0.42) %. Conclusion: The carbohydate and extract of radix scutellariae is an important index of the quality standards of radix scutellariae.
