摘要
本文对薄膜型热印头性能进行分析,重点讨论了热印头主要电特性——耐电脉冲冲击性能的测试原理、测试方法。同时,较详细地介绍了测试仪设计原理与电路。该测试方法也适用于厚膜型、混合型及其它类型热印头电特性测试及寿命估计。
This paper analysis performances of 'Thin-film thermal print heads'. We discuss the test principle and measuring way mainly of the pulse property. We also detaile the designing theory circuits for testing. This tester is suitable for others thermal print heads such as thick-film and mixed type for pulsa testing and life estimation.
