摘要
目的研究交联聚苯乙烯增强的聚硅氧烷弹性体的微观形态。方法以四氢呋喃为溶剂对交联聚苯乙烯增强的聚硅氧烷弹性体进行抽提,测定其溶胶分数。并对该弹性体及其抽提后的试样进行了扫描电镜表征。结果目标弹性体具有微观相分离结构,交联聚苯乙烯分散相呈球形均匀分布于聚硅氧烷连续相中,其直径在1-4 μm范围内。结论交联聚苯乙烯粒子以类似填料的形式存在于聚硅氧烷弹性体中,起到了明显的增强效果。
Objective: To study the microphase structure of silicone elastomer reinforced by cross-linked polystyrene. Methods: Investigations were carried out on the silicone elastomer by extraction measurement and scanning electron microcopy. The solvent used for the extraction was tetrahydrofuran and sol-fractions of the samples were calculated, Results: SEM observation on the objective elastomer showed separated microphase structure. Some spherical dispersed crosslinked polystyrene domains with a diameter in the range of 1 -4μm exist in a continuous PDMS matrix. Conclusion: The cross-linked polystyrene particles act as filler and lead to art enhancement in the mechanical performances of silicone elastomer.
