硒镉对裸鼠人肝癌细胞的协同影响作用

摘要 目的研究微量元素硒镉对裸鼠人肝癌细胞的协同影响作用。方法将SMMC-7721人肝癌细胞接种于BALB/C-nu/nu裸鼠,成瘤后,分组分别每日腹腔注射同体积不同浓度的硒镉溶液,分别于第5、10、15、20天观察肿瘤的变化。结果腹腔注射镉组抑瘤率减小并变为负值,且随着镉浓度的增加抑瘤率负值的绝对值逐渐加大;而腹腔注射硒组,抑瘤率增大,且硒的抑瘤率与硒浓度成正相关。结论镉可促进肝癌细胞在体内的生长,而硒可明显抑制机体肝癌细胞的生长。 Objective: To study the synergic effect of selenium and cadmium on the human hepatocarcinoma in nude mice. Methods:Human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721 cultured in vitro was inoculated in BALB/C -nu/nu nude mice, then selenium and cadmium in different concentrations were injected into the abdomen of the nude mice respectively. Effects on the hepatocarcinoma were observed after 5, 10, 15 and 20 days respectively. Results: When the nude mice were treated with cadmium, average tumor inhibitory rates decreased. And the extent of the decrease had significant positive correlation with the concentrations of the cadmium. However, when the nude mice were treated with selenium, there was a quite reverse result. Conclusion: Cadmium can facilitate the development of the hepatocarcinoma of the mice in vivo while selenium cam inhibit it effectively.
