摘要
培养创新人才需要高素质的教师。高素质的教师具备高智商、高情商、高灵商。在对“三商”内涵进行分析的基础上,具体探讨了为培养创新人才教师所应具备的素质。
Raising creative talents needs academies with higher qualities, who have high Intelligence Quotient, high Emotional Intelligence Quotient and high Spiritual Intelligence Quotient. On the base of analyzing the connotation of ＂three quotients＂, the article explores academies＇ abilities needed in raising creative talents.
