摘要
压电陶瓷滤波器是通讯设备的重要元件之一。陶瓷滤波器的带宽受压电材料机电耦合系数限制，相对带宽一般小于６％。采用锑锰锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷材料，厚度振动模式振子和差接桥型电路的宽带陶瓷滤波器，其通带宽度可达１５％。
Piezoelectric ceramic filter is a important device in communication equipment,however,its bandwidth is limited by electromechanical coefficient of piezoelectric material,the relative bandwdth is usually less than 6%.This paper presents a piezoelectric ceramic filter with differential bridge circuit and thickness vibration mode using Ph(Sb2/3Mn1/3)O3-PbZrO3-PbTiO3 material,its passband width is up to 15%.
