摘要
合理实现农村剩余劳动力转移是解决我国“三农”问题的关键。文中通过对影响农村剩余劳动力转移因素的分析,认为加快农业产业化进程,积极推进城市化,引导劳动力合理流动,加大对农民的教育培训力度,大力发展劳动密集型产业和中小企业,是解决这类问题的现实选择。
To reasonably realize the benign shift of rural surplus labor is the hinge to solve the problems of ＂Agriculture, Countryside and Peasants＂. With the elements affecting rurl surplus labor shift, this paper proposes that to accelerate agricultural industrialization, to carry the urbanization forward, to guide reasonable labor flow, to strengthen the education and training for peasants, to develop labor intensive industry and medium and small- sized enterprises are the practical choices to solve such problems.
