脂氧素A4抑制结缔组织生长因子诱导的系膜细胞产生单核细胞趋化蛋白1 被引量:3

摘要 脂氧素A4(LXA4)具有拮抗多种炎症介质、生长因子的作用,被称为炎症反应“刹车信号。结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)参与多种细胞的增殖、迁移和黏附,在肾脏纤维化的发病机制中占据重要地位。我们尚未检索到CTGF对趋化因子合成的调节作用及LXA4对CTGF作用的调节报道。我们检测CTGF对肾小球系膜细胞合成单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的调节作用,并测定LXA4对CTGF作用的调节,探讨这些作用的细胞内信号转导机制,报告如下。
