不同钙浓度透析液对血液透析患者钙磷代谢的影响 被引量：3

摘要 终末期肾衰竭伴有甲状旁腺功能亢进患者常常使用大剂量含钙的磷结合剂，应用高钙（1．75mmol／L）透析液等治疗，导致钙负荷增高，引起软组织、血管和心脏钙化，增加患者死亡率。孙鲁英等曾报道单次使用低钙（1．25mmol／L）透析液的疗效，但长期使用低钙透析对患者的影响报道甚少。为此，我们连续6个月分别使用两种钙浓度的透析液，观察其对患者血压、钙、磷和PTH的影响。
