摘要
文中介绍了一种利用DFT技术的全数字比率阻抗测量仪,可使阻抗测量的准确度不受激励电源的长期稳定性的影响,同时采用数字波合成正弦波技术来避免同步采样实施中的困难和问题。从而使得仪器能在一个较宽的频率范围完成快速、自动和准确的测量。
A total digital measurement apparatus of impedances based on DFT is introduced in this paper. The measurement accuracy of this apparatus will not be damaged by the long term stability of voltage source which stimulates the measurement circuit. Meanwhile, the difficulties and problems of the synchronous sampling in the real world may be avoided by means of the digital waveform synthesis technology. Consequently, the fast, automatic and accurate impedance measurement results can be obtained in a wide frequency range via this apparatus.
