摘要
文中详细介绍了雪崩晶体管的工作原理,介绍和分析了一些可用于单脉冲选取、高速摄影控制、探地雷达以及固态脉冲源的典型电路,并给出了这些脉冲电路的测试结果。
The principle of avalanche transistor is described in this paper in detailed. The typical narrow impulse generator circuits which can be used in selected single impulser,CCD contrllor, ground penetrating radar and static pulse generator are introduced,analysed and test results are given.
