摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与酒渣鼻的关系。方法对55例酒渣鼻患者的血清HP-IgG抗体浓度、消化道症状及抗HP治疗的疗效进行了分析,并以30例正常人作对照。结果酒渣鼻患者的血清抗体浓度明显高于对照组,经抗HP治疗后取得了很好的疗效。结论HP感染与酒渣鼻的发生及加重有关。
Objective To study the possible relationship between helicobacter pylori（HP） infection and rosacea. Methods 55 patients with rosacea were selected in this study. The levels of serum specific IgG antibodies against HP were determined and the clinical effect of anti-HP medicine was observed. Results The results showed that the serologic anti-HP IgG levels of the patients with rosacea were higher than those of the normal controls. The efficacy of anti-HP therapy was also significantly better. Conclusion Our results prove that HP infection axe correlated with rosacea.
