摘要
随着彩色显象管向高分辨率发展,对其中的重要部件电子网板的精度要求也越来越高。文中论述了利用计算机视觉检测技术和自动控制技术实现电子网板高精度、全自动检测系统的方法。提出了具有高精度的边缘提取算法和二维视觉中几何尺寸检测算法;讨论了系统参数的标定方法。系统尺寸检测精度优于1μm。
With the continuous development of the tricolor tube with high resolution,a higher requirement has been put forward on the precision of the screen mesh.An automatic inspection system with high accuracy for the screen mesh is developed by suing the visual inspection technique and the automatic control technique.Some effective algorithms for picking the edges of the apertures and for inspecting the geometric dimensions of the apertures are proposed.The calibration methods for system parameters are discussed.The accuracy of the dimension inspection is better than 1μm.
