摘要
目的:特发性黄斑前膜患者183例202眼OCT图像进行分析,进一步认识特发性黄斑前膜的临床特点。方法:对183例202眼特发性黄斑前膜患者进行OCT检查,对图像进行分析。结果:患眼OCT图像特征为:视网膜前可见一层高反射光带,与视网膜表面明显分离或与视网膜表面紧紧贴附,其中191眼伴有黄斑区视网膜的增厚水肿。其中32眼伴有板层黄斑裂孔的发生,39眼伴有特发性黄斑裂孔期(裂孔前期)的发生。结论:OCT在特发性黄斑前膜的确诊方面具有很高的灵敏性。
AIM: To observe the characteristics of optical coherence tomography (OCT) in idiopathic epimacular membrane in 183 cases. METHODS: A total of 183 cases (202 eyes) with clinical diagnosis of idiopathic epimacular membrane were examined with OCT, and the OCT images were analyzed.
RESULTS: In the 202 eyes, the OCT images displayed the epiretinal membranes separated from the retinal or nestled up against the retinal. Epiretinal membranes with macular edema, partial-thickness macular holes and idiopathic macular holes in stage 1 were found in 191, 32 and 39 eyes, respectively.
CONCLUSION: OCT is helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the idiopathic epimacular membrane.
