摘要
目的:观察注射用海藻酸钠-维甲酸(alginatesodi-um-retinoicacid;AGS-RA)微球缓释系统在玻璃体腔内的崩解过程。方法:有机溶剂将维甲酸溶解,与15g/L的海藻酸钠均匀混合,用静电微囊发生器一次成型制作AGS-RA微球,兔眼玻璃体腔内注入AGS-RA药物微球,应用光镜的方法观察微球的分解过程。结果:AGS-RA微球经测定,大小是95.244±8.6265μm,RS-RA微球在玻璃体腔内的分解过程大致是:1wk保持形态上的完整性,基本上是圆形;2wk开始微球周边有些破解;3wk,破解程度加重;4wk时微球形态不规则;到6wk则完全崩解呈束状物。微球周围的玻璃体无增殖、渗出等改变。结论:AGS-RA微球缓释系统在玻璃体腔内呈缓慢崩解过程。
AIM: To investigate the decomposed process of biodegradable polymers (alginate sodium-retinoic acid microspheres, AGS-RA microspheres) injected into the rabbit vitreous.
METHODS: Dissolved by organic solvent, RA was mixed with 15g/L alginate sodium and made to microspheres by a kind of special electrostatic generator. The AGS-RA microspheres was injected into the vitreous cavity of the rabbits and observed its decomposed process by light microscope.
RESULTS: The size of microspheres we made was 95.244± 8.6265μm. Alter injection into the vitreous, the microspheres kept its original shape basically in the first week, with little periphery broken in the second week. The level of collapse became to aggravate in the 3rd week. while in the 4th week its spherical form was anomalous, until the 6th week it untied to bundle forms completely.
CONCLUSION: AGS-RA microspheres system can decompose gradually in the vitreous cavity of rabbit.
