摘要
本文介绍了1种多功能排种器—弹性材料转动盘摩擦式排种器。该排种器利用垂直转动的海绵盘与排种器主体垂直端面上特殊曲面的排种槽配合,靠海绵盘的弹性挤压和转动摩擦的作用完成排种过程。该排种器对于流动性差的种子可实现无堵塞顺利排种,对于流动性好的小粒种子可实现小播量均匀排种,解决了播种机械的一大难题。
An elasticity-material turning disc friction seeding apparatus is introduced in the paper. Applying the concerted working of vertical-tuning sponge disc and drilling flute with special curve on the vertical end face of seeding apparatus body, the seeds are driven out by the elasticity pressure and turning fraction of sponge disc. The seeds with poor fluidness can be driven out smoothly and the small seeds with good fluidness can be driven out evenly in a bit amount.
