摘要
当前我国女大学生在就业问题上越来越处于弱势地位。导致这一现象的直接原因表象是市场经济的实行,经过深层分析研究发现更是与传统观念的偏见、法律、法规制定和实施的不完善以及市场经济的不发达有关。在大力发展社会主义市场经济的同时,须建立相应的法律、规章制度、保障体系及其监督体系,充分发挥社会主义制度的优越性,采取积极有效的措施逐步改善女大学生就业弱势状况,为构建和谐社会做出积极的努力。
At present, female university graduates more and more lie in a weak position in employment market. The surface reason for this is because of the practice of market economy. But through deeper analysis, this phenomenon is more closely related to three aspects, including the prejudice rooted in traditional ideas, the imperfect formulation and implementation of law and regulations, and the underdeveloped market economy. In order to change this situ- ation and to display the superiority of socialist system, relevant law, regulations, safeguard system, and supervision system should be established. At the same time, active measures should be taken to improve the weak position of female university graduates in obtaining employment, making positive endeavor to construct a harmonious society.
