摘要
通过分析车灯灯罩这种形状复杂、壁薄而腔深的零件的结构特点,针对压铸中易形成裂纹、“缩水”等缺陷的工艺特性,重点考虑了压铸模基本结构形式和分型面的位置,并在此基础上,介绍了运用Pro/E软件的三维参数化设计等功能模块,生成模具型腔、型芯的方法及压铸机的选择、浇注系统的设计与计算、推出机构等的选择与设计的方法。
By analysis the structural characteristic of the lampshade which has complex shape and thin wall and deep cavity, in allusion to the technologic characteristic of easy to form crack and contract in the process of die-casting, especially, considered the basic structure of the die-casting mold and the position of its parting plane, and based this, it introduced the techniques that using the function of the three-dimension design of Pro/E to create the pattern cavity and the pattern core and to choose die-casting machine or to design and count the system of pouring or to choose and design institution of extrusion.
