摘要
结合半固态加工基本原理,利用热力学计算方法,设计出了新型半固态铝合金,主成分为Al-6%Si-2%Mg,并利用实验方法优化选择了微量元素Zr、Sr。结果显示:Zr元素具有明显的细化晶粒作用,Sr元素的加入具有改善共晶硅形态的作用。合金中Zr含量为0.10%~0.14%、Sr含量为0.02%~0.04%的新合金AlSi6Mg2,表现出良好的半固态组织和力学性能。
A main component Al-6% Si-2% Mg of an advanced semi-solid aluminum alloy was designed by thermodynamic calculations with the consideration of the basic principle of semi-solid processing(SSP). Tiny Zr and Sr addition were selected by optimizing experiment methods. Results show that the new alloy AlSiGMg2 with 0. 10%- 0. 14% Zr and 0.02 % - 0.04 % Sr has good microstructure and mechanical properties in SSP.
