摘要 利用新研制的高硼耐磨铸钢制造锤头,由于其硼化物的显微硬度高(1400~1600Hv)且孤立分布,基体是强韧性好的板条状马氏体,锤头使用中不易磨损和剥落,基体抗疲劳能力强,不易产生裂纹,锤头耐磨性好,使用寿命达到高锰钢锤头的4倍以上,比中铬合金钢锤头和镍硬I号铸铁锤头寿命分别提高55.8%和41.9%。高硼铸钢锤头合金加入量少,生产工艺简便,生产成本与高锰钢相当,比中铬合金铸钢和镍硬I号铸铁降低40%以上。使用高硼铸钢锤头,使材料消耗降低,减少了更换次数,提高了生产作业率。 Hammer is the key consuming spare part in the crusher; it is the important research subject to improve the hardness and abrasion resistance of hammer. High boron cast steel is a new abrasion resistant material that has high boron content and low carbon content. The boride of high boron cast steel is Fe2B whose micro-hardness reaches 1 400-1 600 Hv. Its matrix is lath martensite with high strength and toughness. The hammer made from high boron cast steel is difficult to be scratched and broken down by crushing materials. The hammer has high fatigue resistance and is not easy to produce crack in the use. The hammer has excellent abrasion resistance; its servicing life is more than three times of that of high manganese steel, and higher than that of medium chromium alloy steel and Ni-hard Ⅰ by 55.8% and 41.9% respectively. High boron cast steel hammer contains small alloy elements and has simple production process, its production cost is correspond with that of high manganese steel, lower than that of medium chromium alloy cast steel and Ni-hard Ⅰ by 40%. When high boron cast steel hammer has been used, the consume of hammer reduces, the replacing times of hammer decreases also, and the production rate of crusher is increased.
