Macro- and Micro- structure and Mechanical Properties of QSn6.5-0.1 Alloy in Unidirectional Solidification Horizontal Continuous Casting

摘要 研究了定向凝固水平连铸工艺对QSn6.5-0.1合金的宏观组织、微观组织及其性能的影响。结果表明:定向凝固水平连铸工艺使QSn6.5-0.1合金形成粗大柱状晶,且柱状晶方向沿连铸线坯轴向分布;合金的微观组织更加均匀化,从而大大减少了反偏析和显微缩孔等铸造缺陷;合金的伸长率和导电率明显提高,极限强度却有所降低。 The effects of unidirectional solidification horizontal continuous casting on macrostructure, microstructure, Sn content distribution of the QSn6.5-0.1 alloy were investigated. Mechanical properties and other properties also were studied experimentally. The following conclusions were obtained. The final grains of the alloy grow bigger and the column crystals are arranged along with axis. Microstructure is more uniform. And the inverse-segregation and micro-shrinkage phenomenon are reduced. The ductility and conductivity of the QSn6.5-0.1 alloys are obviously increased, but the limited-strenqth becomes lower.
