消失模铸造中泡沫塑料珠粒射料充填过程的数值模拟及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用欧拉-拉格朗日方法建立了消失模珠粒射料充填过程的数学模型,模型中把空气处理成连续介质,采用SIMPLE方法在欧拉网格中求解气相连续方程和动量方程;珠粒为离散颗粒,其运动遵循牛顿运动定律。对操纵杆壳体铸件的射料充填过程进行了数值模拟,模拟结果中的珠粒体积分数低的区域和实际充填过程中的充填疏松的缺陷位置一致。并用数值模拟方法改进了模具结构,消除了充填疏松缺陷。 An Eulerian-Lagrangian numerical scheme was used to model the filling process of expendable polystyrene (EPS) beads in lost foam casting. The gas phase continuity and momentum equations were solved by using the SIMPLE algorithm, while the motion of beads was predicted by using Newton's law. The filling process of beads of a three dimensional shell part was simulated with the model. Low compaction area predicted by the calculation is in good agreement with incomplete filling area happened in production. The design is optimized by numerical simulation and with the improvement of the mold structure, finally the defect is eliminated.
