摘要
非营利组织特别是公益型非营利组织,以追求社会正义为理想目标,通过组织化的形式,把志愿者的志愿精神凝聚成一股改造社会的强大力量。在非营利组织内部是一种善心的凝聚、交流与激发,对社会来说则是社会自组织的一种有效的道德倡导、感召与示范。总之,它是现代社会道德实践的一种新模式。
The non-profit organizations, especially those non-profit organizations for public benefits, aim to the pursuit of social justice in the form of organization and embody the volunteers＇ spirit into a powerful force to reform the society. It is an embodiment of kindness, communication and stimulation in the internal non-profit organization. It is also a spontaneous and effective guidance, inspiration and model for the society. In a word, it is a new mode of ethical practice in modern society.
