摘要
创新是江泽民理论思维的一个重要切入点,创新在江泽民科技思想中占有重要位置;江泽民科技创新思想具有强烈的时代特征,这也是江泽民科技创新思想的宽阔视域;在科技创新中,江泽民突出了自主创新的重要性,认为自主创新是我们真正在世界高科技领域占有一席之地的重要基石;科技创新的基本战略、目标、重点、主体、保障、基础、国家创新体系等构成江泽民科技创新思想丰富的理论内涵。
Innovation, as an important starting point in JIANG Ze- min＇s theoretical thoughts, takes a great position in his thoughts on science and technology. The feature of time can be strongly felt in JIANG＇s technological thoughts. He highlights the importance of independent innovation and holds the view that independent innovation is the base we can stand up in the field of world science and technology. The basic strategies, targets, key points, object, protection, basis, and the state innovation system axe the connotation of JIANG＇s technological innovation theory.
