摘要
目的了解溴氰菊酯现场灭蚊效果,为科学防制蚊虫提供依据。方法铁纱罩强迫接触法。结果采用10mg／m^2的用药量滞留喷洒灭成蚊,除全部击倒时间略有改变外,三个月的每批次成蚊24h内死亡率均为100％。结论采用2．5％漠氰菊酯可湿性粉剂三个月内对成蚊具有高残效的毒杀效果。
Objective To observe the residual effect of deltamethfin in killing mosquitoes in field and provide scientific basis for control of mosquitoes. Methods Mosquitoes covered with iron screen were forced to contact the wails sprayed with 2.5% deltamethrin at the dose of 10mg/m^2 for a duration of 2 hours and then the knockdown results were recorded. Results The death rates of the mosquitoes were all 100% in different batches after a contact of 2 hours within an experimental duration of 3 months , though the knock down time was slightly different Conclusion The wettable powder 2.5 % deltamethrin is highly effective in killing mosquitoes.
