摘要
目的分析脑卒中病人康复治疗效果。方法将高要市人民医院2003年8月至2005年8月收治450例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组及治疗组。治疗组270例在接受常规治疗的基础上接受良肢位摆放,下肢关节活动度的训练、桥式运动等。对照组180例采用神经内科常规治疗,3周后以踝关节功能情况及下肢运动功能BrunnStrom分级对比两组效果,结果进行统计学处理。结果治疗组有效252例(93．3％),对照组有效153例(85％),治疗组踝关节功能无障碍243例(90％),有障碍27例,对照组无障碍54例(30％),有障碍126例,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0．01)。结论对脑卒中病人进行踝关节康复治疗,越早实施效果越好,在临床上可减少后遗症,恢复步行功能,提高生活质量。
Objective To observe the influence of ankle joint nursing on the recovery of hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods 450 hemiplegie patients after stoke were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 270 patients received ankle joint nursing in the treatment group, including the put of lower limbs, extension of hip, flexion of knee, flexion of ankle and bridge- style movement; the others （180 cases） received routine treatment and nursing in the control group. The curative effect of ankle joint function and lower limbs motor function. Results 252 cases （93.3%） were effective in the treatment group, 153 cases （85 % ） were effective in the control group. In the treatment group, the ankle joint function of 243 patients （90%） hadn＇t any disturbance, 27 patients had disturbance; then in the control group 54 patients hadn＇t disturbance, 126 patients had disturbance, the difference was very significantly （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The ankle joint nursing is important on the motor function recovery of lower limbs after stroke, the earlier is it applied the better is the effect. It can reduce sequela, recover the function of walk and improve the life quality.
