摘要
目的观察和评价头孢他啶(泰得欣)应用于普通胸外手术的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用对比试验,观察2005年8～10月96例普胸手术预防和治疗的疗效和不良反应。结果泰得欣在预防和治疗术后感染中总有效率95．9％,不良反应发生率为5．2％。结论泰得欣临床效果满意,使用安全,值得在普胸手术中选用。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect and safety of ceftazidime for injection used in general thoracic surgery. Methods The clinical effect and side effect after application of ceffazidime on 96 operative cases from August to October in 2005 were observed and evaluated. Results The total effective rate of ceffazidime was 95.9%, the rate of adverse reaction of ceffazidime was 5.2%. Conclusion Ceffazidime is an effective and safe antibiotic. It might be one of the drug of choice for general thoracic surgery.
