摘要
目的观察派瑞松霜对阴囊湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法 64例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,分别应用派瑞松霜和地塞米松软膏治疗。结果治疗第1周治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为53．1％和28．1％,第2周分别为84．4％和50．0％,第3周分别为93．8％和71．9％,两组间比较差异均有显著性(P＜0．05)。结论派瑞松霜外用治疗阴囊湿疹安全有效,值得临床选用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of pevisone cream in treating scrotal eczema. Methods 64 patients with Scrotal Eczema were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The lesions of the treatment group were treated with pevisone cream, while the control group were treated with dexamethasone ointment. Results After a week, The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 53.1% and 28.1%, respectively, Two weeks later, that were 84.4% and 50.0 % respectively, and was 93.8% and 71.9% after three weeks. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Pevisone cream is effective and safe in treating scrotal eczema and can be used in the clinical practice.
