摘要
金丝桃素属二蒽酮类,是贯叶连翘中最具生物活性的物质,为抗病毒的中草药活性单体,亦具有显著的抗肿瘤、抗抑郁及其光敏活性。本试验通过光敏活性及氧依赖性试验,发现氧气也是金丝桃素抗病毒活性的一个重要条件。氧气浓度增加时,0.5μg/mL的金丝桃素浓度即可对口蹄疫OS/99 BF13病毒起到很强的抑制作用。通过金丝桃素体外细胞毒性试验、所致细胞病变及其作用环节的研究观察,发现其对口蹄疫OS/99 BF13病毒有直接灭活作用,并对吸附于细胞表面及进入细胞内的口蹄疫OS/99 BF13病毒有抑制作用。
Hypericum perforatum L is a kind of traditional Chinese herb mainly for the treatment of depression therapy, it has also been used as a medical plant for its anti-inflammatory, sedative and analgesic effects. Hypericin(HY) is an active constituent which have the highest bioactive and belongs to naphthodianthrones compound. Recently, HY was showed to have potential as an anticancer drug and antivirus drug. It can inhibit some virus and have photosen sitizition. In order to gain the better sight into the inhibitory effect about HY on the FMD virus, this test was designed to study whether HY can inhibit FMDV strain OS/99BF13 in vitro that not studied before. Increase the concentration of O2, HY would have better inhibitory effect for foot and mouth disease virus(FMDV)strain OS/99BF13 at 0. 5μg/mL. The results from cell toxicity test, cell pathological effect technique test and action link test showed that HY could kill FMDV strain OS/99BF13 directly and inhibit virus adsorbing at BHK-21 cell surface or in it.
