摘要
采用两种不同的冷冻保护液VS Ⅰ(EG+DMS0)和VSⅡ(PROH+DMSO),用OPS法对不同期的卵母细胞进行冷冻。结果表明,两种冷冻液的冷冻效果差异不显著(P>0.05),但从数据看,VS Ⅰ要优于VS Ⅱ;而不同期的卵母细胞对于冷冻后的发育能力有明显的影响,无论是VS Ⅰ还是VSⅡ,GV期和培养 10 h卵母细胞的形态正常率、成熟率、受精率差异不显著(P>0.05),但GV期和培养10 h卵母细胞受精率均低于IVM期卵母细胞,它们之间差异显著(P<0.05)。
With the OPS method, goat oocytes were vitrified with two different freezing mediaVSⅠ (EG+DMSO)and VS Ⅱ (PROH+DMSO). The results showed that there was no significant difference between VS Ⅰ and VS Ⅱ (P〉0.05).But the values of VS i were higher than that of VS Ⅱ ;Oocytes matuation stage had significant effects on the development ability of frozen-thawed goat oocytes.Either VS Ⅰ or VS Ⅱ The intactness rate,maturation rate and fertilization rate of oocytes in GV stage and 10h after culture was not significant(P〉0.05) ,the fertilization rate in IVM oocytes was higher than that of GV and 10h oocytes (P〈0.05).
