简述Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ的两大基础：ＳＤＨ光纤网和ＡＴＭ交换机的基本知识，前半部分是讲ＳＤＨ光纤网的由来、网络拓朴、信息负载与包络及双环结构与设备。后半部分是讲ＡＴＭ信元交换、ＡＴＭ适配层、信息业务类型。
