摘要
企业生命周期的不同阶段对企业家能力的要求有所不同。寻找适合企业实际发展需要的企业家能力,形成与企业生命周期相适配的能力组合以支持企业跨越阶段性危机,这是企业实现持续发展的需要。
There is different require to enterprise＇s capability in different enterprise＇s lifeeycle. Searching for the enterpriser capability that the enterpriser actually needs bases on the theories of enterpriser＇s capability and lifecycle, so that the enterprise can cross over stage crisis,which is the require of enterprise＇s sustainable development.
