摘要
随着国际金融混业经营趋势的日渐增强,我国金融业务的关联度不断加强,为金融控股的发展创造了条件。针对金融控股公司发展中的制约因素:子公司之间信息不畅、管理效率低下、结构松散、缺乏防范系统性风险等方面存在的问题,应提出加快发展我国金融控股公司的对策。
Finance industry connection strengthens unceasingly in China, along with the enhancement of international finance multiple business tendency day after day, which has created condition for the development of financial holding, There are restriction factors in the development of financial holding company, for example, information is not smooth between subsidiary, management efficiency is low, structure is inattentive, and lacking to guard against systematic risk, and so on. In view of these problems, propose the countermeasure about the developing the financial holding company quickly in China.
