摘要
收入分享契约可以有效地改善分散式供应链结构下由激励不一致、信息不对称等因素引起的供应链效率低下问题.首先分析了收入分享契约在对称信息下(包括集中控制及分散控制两种情况)的协调机制设计问题;然后着重研究了当制造商生产成本信息不对称时的零售商契约菜单设计问题.最后通过实例说明了不对称信息对供应链效率的影响.图3,表1,参9.
