摘要
区域差距的演变是各种因素综合作用的结果,区域差距的政府调控在不同阶段须选择不同层次的目标。依据改革开放以来政府的一系列相关总体规划目标,同时考虑区域差距的现实状况和政府调控因子,提出区域差距演变趋势预测的三种方案,并在此基础上,尝试性地给出政府调控区域差距的短、中、长期目标体系,具有重要的理论和实践意义。
The evolution of regional difference is the result of various factors, and the governmental adjustment towards regional difference must select different target in different period. According to the general planning objectives the government issued since the opening and reform in China, the governmental adjustment, considering the realistic situation of regional difference and the factors of adjustment, proposed three schemes of difference evolution tendencies, and decided in trial the short, medium and long targets system of regional difference. It is of great significance in theory and practice.
