摘要
目的:研究P物质(SP)和P物质受体(SPR)在大鼠终纹床核(BST)各亚核内的分布.方法:正常雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠6只,体重约200~250g.按ABC法行SP和SPR免疫组织化学染色;并应用图像分析仪对染色结果进行半定量分析.结果:BST各亚核内的SP及SPR样免疫阳性反应有较明显的差异.结论:提示BST细胞构筑上具有非均一性,各亚核在功能上可能存在差异.
Objective:To study the distribution of substance P(SP)and substance P receptors(SPR)in the subnuclei of the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis(BST)in the rat.Metbods:Normal male Sprague-Dawley rat,200~250 g.SP and SPR staining by means of ABC immunohistochemistry,and the results were studied semi-quantitatively with an image analyser.Results:It was shown that the density of SP-and SPR positive immunoreactivity was obviously different in each subnucleus of the BST.Conclusion:The result suggests heterogeneity in cytoarchitecture of the BST and possible functional difference among the subnuclei of the BST.
