摘要
作者将钛(Tc_4),羟基磷灰石(HA)和生物活性玻璃陶瓷(BGC)颗粒混合烧结成生物活性微孔复合种植体复合骨形成蛋白(BMP)移植于20只成年杂种狗颌骨和股骨内,对1~12周标本进行检测、观察和成骨量的测定.证明种植体与骨界面结合在于界面存在三相性(钛氧化膜:TiO,Ti_2O,Ti_2O_3,HA晶相和BGC晶相),使钙、磷富集层形成,生物陶瓷降解产物再沉积,蛋白多糖、粘多糖类细胞外基质和天然骨粘合物粘连沉积并引导钙盐沉积在界面上,测得该种植体各项技术指标优于目前单一材料种植体技术指标.
The biologically active porous implants was composed of Tc4 HA and BGC,which were stintered at high temperature,A composite of this material and bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)was implanted in jaw and femur of adult dogs for 1~12 weeks,The bone-implant interfaces were observed and the content of new bone apposition was measured.The results showed that the combination of BMP composited with bioce-rarnic porous titanium mixing stintering implants and host bone had been formed in the interface by three-phase(titanium oxide,HA crystal phase,glass ceramic phase).The various technic data of the bone-implant interface due to its three phase propaty is beltes than any alone material.Alayer of calcium phosphate forma-tion and bioceramic product deposition has been observed.The combination of evbernal cell metrix(proteo-glycan mucoitin)with nature bone and the inducement of calcium phosphate deposition might play an impor-tant role in the osteointegration between implant and bone.The process of osteogensis has been advanced and increased by BMP composited with implants.but the characteristics of the materials and the mechanism of osseointegration had not been altered.
